1 hour Agile Micro-Consulting Session

You don't always need a consultant full time. They're great, but the costs of hiring one can start to really stack up. That's why at SprintSmart we offer micro-consulting. By the hour services to help you out with all things Agile and Scrum. If you have taken a course with SprintSmart, you are even entitled to 2 free hours, to cover everything from exam prep, to helping you set up your new way of working with your team.

What can we cover:

• Scrum Master Exam Prep
• Way of Working Reviews and Brainstorming
• Problem solving
• Any other topic to do with Agile and Scrum on request

What do you get:

• You only pay for the time in the call, however, I will make sure that I am prepared in advance, so I won't be wasting your time and money
